Video Monitoring

Video Verification is a service where the central station receives captured images, live video and audio from the protected area, when a digital signal is triggered. Operators can identify and track the alarms and provide customers and authorities with the cause of the signal and send images to authorized parties from the monitoring station.

Using the hardware you install onto your subscribers' system, EMERgency 24 will be able to provide video monitoring which visually verifies changes in a condition. The simplest form of the video monitoring technology, Video Verification, transmits a set number of snapshots of the events to the central station.

When the sensor in a detection device is triggered, signaling a change in condition as defined by the subscriber, a number of frames captured before and after the triggered event will be transferred directly to the central station to accompany the alarm signal. The captured images will allow the central station to provide the authorities with additional information.

With issues of security being such a high priority during this time in our nation's history, no price is too high to pay for the reassurance that a visual confirmation can give. Video Verification can be used for any accounts but is ideal for accounts which are higher risk and requires additional safeguards.
