These reports produce no names, addresses or phone numbers; but the reports note the date and time of the signal and the signal's description as well as if anyone has been reached. With Secure Internet Services for Subscribers, EM24 alarm dealers send their subscribers to ursecure.com to view their alarm history information from anywhere in the world at any time - day or night.
Dealers can give subscribers greater access by authorizing them to place accounts on test, make temporary changes, view their account data and request account changes. EM24 dealers must complete a Dealer Access Code Authorization Form and Subscribers must provide a special user name and passcode in order to access the information.
