When you join our team of dealers, you get more than a fast, efficient monitoring service. You get the people behind the leader: the EMERgency 24 Team. Our monitors are professionally trained during a 120-hour instructional seminar and must pass an assortment of tests before they monitor your subscribers' alarm systems.

Ongoing training hones skills and facilitates procedural changes. Our staff includes many seasoned monitors and top-notch supervisory personnel to assist you 24 hours a day. To support their efforts, we employ the largest team of software programmers among the central stations.

A million dollar infrastructure is constantly supervised and serviced by an in-house staff of electrical engineers and telecommunications specialists and technicians. Their expertise keeps miles of electrical wires and telephone lines humming and a complex of computer driven equipment on-line in uninterrupted service. Unlike many other central stations, EMERgency 24 uses a proprietary monitoring software originally designed and built for speed, reliability and flexibility. Our systems are backed by a team of highly dedicated, talented and industry certified engineers, technicians and developers with a vast array of skills and many years of experience in the security industry.

State-Of-The-Art Hardware:
EMERgency 24 hardware features a fully redundant and scalable distributed computing environment and RAID arrays with DAS and NAS technology for maximum data protection and availability. Built on the highest standards of industry technology, our computer systems are housed in a secure data center that features appropriate environmental controls. This is all connected by our IP Network with 99.99% uptime. To ensure network glitches don't adversely impact alarm signal flow EMERgency 24 maintains an RS-232 sub-system with fail-over capabilities.

Telecom/Internet Connectivity:
EMERgency 24 owns and operates its a phone switch which allows us to reduce the setup time for service delivery to new and existing customers as well as offer our customers an array of options for alarm signal reception. We have dual DS3 BGP4 enabled internet connectivity this setup allows for immediate fail-over in the event of a circuit outage. To further reduce the possibility of an outage due to construction work all telecom and data cabling entering our facilities does so at different points.

EM24 Power:
All EMERgency 24 Inc communications equipment is protected by industry-standard UL listed UPS and backed by dual natural gas generators to provide service continuity during extended power outages.
